Vijaya Gurunatha Sethupathi Kalimuthu[4] (born 16 January 1978)[5] known professionally as Vijay Sethupathi, is an Indian film actor, producer, lyricist, and dialogue writer. Sethupathi works predominantly in Tamil besides few Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi productions.[6][7] Referred to by fans and media as “Makkal Selvan”, meaning “People’s Treasure”. He has starred in more than 50 films including several successful ventures.[8][9]
